How To Take Plexus Slim, Bio Cleanse, ProBio5
If you're just receiving your Plexus products, you're probably reading the labels thinking "huh? ??" It seems a little overwhelming at the beginning, but I will go over exactly how to take Plexus Slim, Bio Cleanse and ProBio5. The important thing to understand is that you do want to ease into the products to avoid experiencing nasty detox-related side effects.
There is no absolute, set-in-stone schedule for taking the Triplex combo, since everyone has a completely different anatomy and chemical makeup, but this guide will help you understand what to look for, and give you a ballpark of where you should be with your products. The important thing is to listen to your body. If you start experiencing headaches, extreme bloating, or fatigue, that's your sign to decrease the amount of BioCleanse or ProBio5 (but DON'T completely stop taking it!).
How To Take Plexus Slim For Best Results
For the first several days, you'll want to take just 1 Plexus Slim packet by itself in the morning, and you want to take it about 30 minutes before your first meal for best results. Within the first week, you will probably begin to notice fewer sugar cravings, due to your regulated blood sugar--woo hoo! You may also begin noticing a decrease in appetite--woo hoo! If you want to increase to taking 2 Plexus Slim drinks per day, I recommend waiting until you have introduced the Bio Cleanse & ProBio5. ** It is very important that you drink lots of water, especially when beginning the Bio Cleanse.
How To Take Bio Cleanse & ProBio5
The Bio Cleanse & ProBio5 work hand-in-hand to heal and replenish our gut. The ProBio5 replenishes the good bacteria that our bodies need to thrive, and the Bio Cleanse eliminates toxins from our body.
In the beginning, you will only take one Bio Cleanse capsule, and you'll eventually work your way up to 4/day. In the AM, I recommend taking it sometime between breakfast & lunch, and taking the evening dose between lunch and dinner. If you skip a dose, just take it when you remember--it happens to us all the time.
The best way to take the ProBio5 for optimal health is to take it on an empty stomach just before you hopping in bed. Some people are able to do this without any trouble, and others (not many, but some) have a problem with indigestion if taken too late. I would start by taking it in the evening and adjusting if needed. You will start with just one capsule per evening, and you can work your way up to 4, depending on the way your body responds. Some people may only need 2 capsules per day, but I take all 4 of mine, religiously!
