Why We Need to spend time in The Word, daily

Experience Him.

Faith is not a feeling. Faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the Word of Christ (Romans 10:17).

God's Word is active and living.

Hebrews 4:12

Seek Him through The Word and watch as the Holy Spirit moves in you.

Isaiah 40:8

Love Him.

We cannot love God if we do not love His Word.

Once we experience God, truly experience His presence, we grow to love him for all that He is. He created us in His image, and desires to have a relationship with us.

Follow Him.

The Word gives us a framework for how we are to live out our lives. God sent His son to Earth to model what true perfection and holiness looks like. Our lifelong goal should be to mirror that.
