This is a great go-to dinner recipe for all of you moms out there who need something quick and easy! It's not just quick and easy though, it's actually extremely healthy.. and it takes less time than throwing a frozen pizza in the oven. I'm not kidding. I am a fish-snob, I like my fish fresh, but this brand of frozen salmon is actually really good! You can go ahead and replace that Digiorno in the freezer :)
The ingredient list is SHORT, it's high in omega 3's, and it tastes amazing. What's not to love?
**if you have a picky eater in your household, you can always add a little ketchup or BBQ sauce.
This is a great lunch or dinner recipe to whip together real quick!
